The Center for Integrated Leadership provides executive coaching and consulting services to senior leaders who are committed to high performance. Integrated Leadership goes beyond conventional strategies to help you lead with integrity, authenticity and purpose.

 

​Integrated Leadership means bringing your whole self to work.   It starts with self-mastery: cultivating the internal clarity, purpose, and resilience that allow you to show up fully and authentically. From that foundation, you work to create value for your team, your department, your organization, and your stakeholders at each level—even amid volatility and competing demands.

 

Integrated Leadership flows from the inside out. Positive behaviors and superior results are sustainable only when they are rooted in aligned internal values, sharpened perceptions, and honed skills. At its core, it's about leading with integrity—living your values with authenticity and grit—and actively developing integrated leadership in the people around you.

​Integrated Leadership is also about leading from the outside in.  It requires a deep understanding the external environment and stakeholder needs so you can craft a compelling vision and strategy to meet those needs and deliver uncommon value; then building the teams, departments, culture, and systems to bring that vision to life. It’s demanding work. 

Leadership can feel lonely, especially when you’re facing an unrelenting flow of complex challenges and high-stakes decisions. Having a knowledgeable, confidential thought partner makes all the difference—one who can listen without judgment, ask probing questions, challenge assumptions, and help you navigate uncertainty with greater confidence and clarity.

​As a coach, I bring strategic depth, practical experience and human insight to our work together. I have decades of hands-on experience in market strategy and organizational leadership at Mass General Brigham, MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School Publishing, LL Bean, and State Street Capital—supported by a Sociology degree from Harvard, a Dartmouth Tuck MBA, and rigorous coaching credentials.

About Terry DeWitt

I partner with senior leaders to help them achieve their goals and lead with integrity, authenticity and purpose.  

 

I have a deep interest in human nature that has driven my academic studies, career in marketing, board activities, and coaching practice.  I bring life experience as a senior executive, father, athlete and patient to my work with clients.  

 

I earned my BA at Harvard University in Sociology magna cum laude with highest honors and my MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

 

Before coaching, I led Hospital Marketing at Mass General Brigham, served as chief marketing and communications officer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and held leadership positions at Harvard Business School Publishing, Fidelity Investments, L.L. Bean, and H.J. Heinz.  I began my career in finance at Bank of Boston and State Street Capital.

 

I have served on the boards of Maine Audubon, the Healing Garden and Bare Hill Rowing.  ​

I'm a Board Certified Coach; ICF Certified Coach (ACC); a Certified Executive Coach - Level 2, Certified Career Coach and Business Coach; a graduate of the Center for Executive Coaching; and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
